Frequently Ask Questions

Depending on the type of repair, the time for a repair varies. Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours, though some repairs requiring parts to be ordered may take longer. 

During a typical device repair drop off, you will be given a chance to describe the issues with your device, sign an agreement for repair, share important access information for the device (including log ins for Apple, Google, pins, etc.), and given a time estimate for repair work.

Payment for repairs is due in full at the time of pick up. 

EKG Repairs offers a comprehensive cost assessment for your device, preventing hidden fees. If there is additional repair work that is needed, a member of our team will reach out to discuss any possible costs that may be added due to additional repairs before proceeding with the repair.

EKG Repairs understands that sharing your log in details can be uncomfortable at times. If you are not comfortable sharing log in details, our quality testing will be done with you in person during pick up. Be advised that this may make your pick up time longer, but your comfort and security is a top priority.

While EKG Repairs does our best to repair all devices effectively the first time, but there are times when a device may continue to have issues. If the device is not working as it should, please notify the location that completed the repair for guidance. 

If EKG Repairs has replaced your screen in the past, and it is broken once again, contact your preferred location to set up a new repair.

EKG Repairs understands that things come up in life that cause financial issues. If you are struggling to afford your repair costs, please communicate with our team as quickly as possible to prevent forfeiting your device. 

EKG Repairs accepts cash, debit, Apple Pay, and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We do not accept checks or money orders.
