Eligibility Screener for Study

About the Study

Study Title:

Attitudes Toward Race and Anti-bias Training Among Healthcare Professionals

The purpose of this study is to understand how implicit and explicit biases differ and correlate among healthcare professionals (including medical faculty and students). The current study will examine implicit racial bias, explicit attitudes toward implicit bias recognition and management (IBRM), and the implicit-explicit relationship of bias among physicians set at academic medical campuses. It is also important to understand how sociodemographic variables including age, stage of professional development, and exposure to implicit bias instruction predict explicit attitudes toward IBRM.
